One of things that made the United States so great was immigration. Almost all of our citizens here now are the result of our ancestors coming here from around the world. They wanted the opportunity to better their lives, and move forward. Therefore, they learned the English language, and made every effort to become first class citizens in their new environment. I do not blame foreigners for wanting to come here to improve their way of living, but when you do come here, do it legally and obey the rules and become law-abiding citizens. I have been at the motor vehicle dept. and witnessed a “non-citizen” who brought an interpreter so that he could get a driver’s license. Will this help to prevent accidents when a driver cannot read the language to obey the traffic signs?
If congress had enforced the law put in years ago requiring businesses to report to the government the citizenship of their employees, perhaps there would not be such a problem, but congress has a habit of passing laws, and not enforcing them. Building miles and miles of fences will certainly not solve the problem. Anyone can climb over, and many tunnels have been dug, even some with amenities like food and water.
Come on Congress, get with the program and come up with a sensible and workable solution. HAH!

This is a great post and wish more people felt the same way. I believe everyone deserves an opportunity but not at the expense of the honest people who are here legally.
I agree with Rudolph - keep ranting!
